The governorate of Ben Arous is in the southeast of the Greater Tunis region and offers a variety of landscapes, from sea, to hills, and wide green areas. |

It has a lot of hydraulic resources, with 27 earthfill lakes, 5 earthfill dams, one regular dam and a deep aquifer containing some 21,9 million cubic meters of groundwater. | |
